Black - This is a natural black tail hair color. There are a few sorrel hairs and a stray white hair mixed throughout - just like your horse's black tail. Bays, blacks and brown horses will generally wear the natural black tail hair color. This color is also used on black tailed gray horses. |

Ebony - This is a true midnight black; deep, pure black, without any red or light colored hairs. True black horses may wear this color, as well as some bays, buckskins or paint horses. This is the color to choose if you have dyed your horse's black tail. |

Black/Brown - This is a very
dark chocolate color - almost black, but still brown. This tail color works
well with liver chestnut horses, or sorrel horses who have a very dark tail.
Some dun and grulla horses will also wear this color |

 | NEW! Cinnamon - A sorrel shade that is lighter then Sorrel, but not as bright as Light Sorrel. As the name implies - the color of a cinnamon stick. This color blends well up or down with tail hair in the sorrel shades. |

Sorrel - This is a true basic
red sorrel, not too orange, not too chestnut. This color blends well up or down
a shade with existing tail hair. |

dark sorrel and sorrel blend very well either up or down a shade to your
horse's actual tail color. With sorrels, an absolute, perfect color match is
not always necessary! |

Light Sorrel - A bright
reddish orange color - just right for the bright sorrel tailed horses. It also
works well with some red roans, and bright sorrels with just a bit of flaxen in
their tail. |

Sorrel Blend - A mixture of
light sorrel and dark sorrel hairs - this color blends well up or down a shade
with existing tail hair |

Mix - A very versatile color,
mainly brown tones, with a mix of black, brown, with some gray, flaxen and
silver. This color works well with sorrel horses, chestnut horses, gray horses
and buckskin or dun horses - depending on their tail color. The mix tail color
is another color that blends well either up or down a shade to your horse's
actual tail color. |

flaxen, close to Belgian Horse Blonde in color. Mostly flaxen/silver hair, with
just a bit of light sorrel mixed in |

Light Flaxen - A mixture of light sorrel and silver/flaxen tail hairs. This shade works will with light sorrel horses, red dun and light sorrel paint horses, and is a good match for horses with light flaxen tails. |

Black with Silver - Black
tail hair with about 10-20% of silver hairs mixed throughout. An excellent
color for very dark gray horses, as well as some bays, paint and buckskin

Gray Mix - A combination of
gray, flaxen, and light sorrel hair. Very popular with some of the gray-toned
Appaloosas and P.O.A's. |

Blonde - A pale gold color,
with just a touch of darker yellow mixed throughout. This color works well with
blonde tailed palominos, and some flaxen tailed horses. |

White - For palomino and some
white/gray horses. This is a creamy white tail color, best for most palominos,
and some white/gray horses. Horses with an all flaxen tail can also wear this
color. |

Silver White - This is a
beautiful tail color, more pure white than creamy white. A good color for
white/gray horses with a white tail. Some palominos will also wear this
color. |
